Role: BMC IT Service Management (ITSM)
Location: Pune, Hyderbad, Mumbai, DelhiNCR.
Years of experience: 4Yrs to 7Yrs.
Candidate Must be flexible for Shifts.
Clarify and assist with technical and application configuration queries.
Provide technical validation of functional designs e.g. whether customizations are necessary or out of box ServiceNow features can meet the requirements.
Document technical design specifications based on business and functional specifications.
Configuring / customizing ServiceNow based on client’s business requirements.
ServiceNow module implementation.
Workflow driven Automation / Integration with other applications.
Technical Experience :
Mandatory Skills- BMC Remedy ARS/ITSM.
Strong understanding of overall BMC ITSM.
Strong knowledge on AR System, ITSM, CMDB, BAO, Remedy logs analysis to troubleshoot the issue.
Strong understanding of ITSM Foundation data understanding of potential impact on foundation data changes.
Strong Technical Admin Development skills on multiple BMC Remedy Modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration/CMDB, Knowledge, BMC Discovery Multi cloud Azure/AWS, BMC Atrium.
