  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :IBM WebSphere MQ
  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work consists of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting application servers 2 Jboss and WebSphere, WebLogic, , Tomcat, MQ, IIB, IIS, etc and web servers IHS, Apache  3 Often the troubleshooting is in collaboration with other teams so frequent coordination and communication is key to a successful mitigation of issues  4 Major responsibilities include installation, implementation, design and architecting new environments, and support for all environments such as Testing IT, Staging
    • Technical Experience : 1 5 years of JBOSS administration, installation and configuration version 6, 7 2 WebSphere application server 7 3 3 years of MQ Administrator or Webmethods administration 4 3 years of JEE Architecture is highly desired
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Good analytical and troubleshooting skills the ability to think logically through a problem 2 Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution 3 Ability to work shift patterns and provide 24/7 support
    • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standard
    • Additional Information : 1 Good to have relevant certifications 2 Ready to work in 24/7 rotation based shift
