You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
You will be working as a part of Workforce Services team which is required to track progress from staffing, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations. You will be involved in short term planning and management, maintaining internal forecasts and track forecast accuracy. You will be monitoring scheduling efficiency and recommend schedule changes, hours of operation etc. to meet the optimum utilization of agents and seats.
In Workforce Management you will be responsible for maximizing performance levels and competency for an organization. This includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions on all tasks will be provided at this role with close supervision. Decisions made impact own work and are closely supervised. Individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
