MUST HAVE SKILLS
7-10 years' experience using C#, .NET Framework (through 4.x)
Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies
Experience in working from offshore on distributed team (different time zone)
Experience in internal design discussion, code review, pair programming
Experience in working on applications with high volume consumer facing traffic & hands on performance issue troubleshooting\resolution
Experience in using any DI/IoC Framework (i.e. Unity)
Design Patterns: MVC, Dependency Injection, Decorator, Factory
Data Access Libraries: ADO.NET, Entity Framework
Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), RESTful Web Services
Experience in developing WCF
Experience in developing WebAPI
Automated unit testing, Mocking, Test Driven Development, Code Coverage, Continuous Integration
Experience in any logging framework (i.e. Log4Net
