Applicant must have thorough knowledge of contract and arbitration procedures. Raising of Claims. Legal drafting and proceedings.

B Tech with 10 yrs out of which 05 years must have been in Arbitration.
Good hand on computer working.

Engineer retired from NHAI/ PWD/ CPDW would also be considered subject to his medical fitness.
