1-Driving continuous improvements into the processes and performance of the concern Business Unit (CC,email,QRC,CMS etc)
2-Responsible for developing, modifying and executing process guidelines/SOP’s
3-Ensure the quality of output
4-Facilitate workshops and training for identified Business personnel
5-Will be responsible for ensuring the quality of communication sent to customer via SMS,eMail,letter
6-Six Sigma Projects and certifications
