Job Description

• Ensure all sales invoices are timely and accurately coded and booked into the accounting system.
• Follow up with customers for advance and overdue payment in respect of P.O against AMC & Service & Spare parts
• Recording and updating of incoming receipts
• Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are timely and accurately booked into the accounting system, and are supported by the required documents for filing purpose. This includes reviewing invoice postings to ensure accurate coding of accounts, invoice description, tax codes in accordance with tax regulations.
• Issuance of remittance and payment vouchers
• Recording and updating of payment vouchers in accounting system.
• To update cash books accurately and timely & petty cash book entries.
• Vouching and post staff reimbursement claims
• Day to day accounting entry in
