Job Description

Key responsibilities:
-Build relationship with existing customers to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.
-Maintain high customer retention rates.
- To identify customers who have availed our service in the past and likely to buy our product again and follow up with them.
- Proactively educate the customers about our new services and up sell our product.
- Establish relationship with the customers by representing the company information all the times before and after selling.
Requirements:
•Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills
•Proven ability to build relationship.
•Problem solving ability.
•Customer centric, ability to be flexible and creative in dealing different customers.
•Highly motivated to make sales.
•Decent English communication skills ( should know any regional languages)
