Job Description

The Business Development Professional (Account Manager) maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Depending on the size of the Customer Account, s/he is assigned to three to five named customers. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. AM is expected to build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
