Job Description

Generating Sales Invoices, Monitoring Sales Receipts and Preparation of Credit Notes.
• Processing vendors payment on due date and Executing cash payment for all cash purchases.
• Preparing Vouchers (Bank & Cash), Doing Data Entry, Reconciliation of Accounts and Cash Reconciliation statements.
• Executing cash payments for all cash transactions and disbursing employees reimbursement and perks.
• Liasioning with Banks for withdrawing cash and depositing cash.
• Liasioning with Sales Tax office for the procurement of Way Bills & maintaining proper records for the same and arranging for the refund wherever applicable.
• Handling time in office, payroll, PF, salary credit of the employees
