Job Description

We are looking for candidate for Administration related work and Basic Accounting work.
1. Sales / Purchase / Payment entries in Tally
2. Sending details to CA for GST Return
3. Generate Sales bill and handover to Engineer
4. Stock Maintenance via Tally report
5. Bank Account checking on daily basis
6. Preparing pending payment list of Supplier and Customer
7. Follow-up calls to Customer for payment
8. Other Accounting related work

1. Manage Travel Bookings, Advance Payments, maintaining Expenses of Employees.
2. Telemarketing
3. Tender Document preparation
4. Maintaining office Expenses (Rent, Water, Cleaning, etc)
5. Emails to Customer for Marketing purpose
6. Attendance and Leave Calculation

Only Local candidate should apply.
7. Other Administrative work
