Job Description

• Preparation and maintenance of account to tally collection for day, maintaining record of other receipt and maintaining course wise collection on daily basis.
• Deposit collection in banks.
• Preparation of cash/bank voucher and management of cash expense.
• Issuing cheques and maintaining Payment / Receipt register and its maintenance.
• Handling and maintaining petty cash register.
• Preparing daily collection and overdue statement.
• Preparing hardware monthly installment sheet- batch wise and collection from students and submit report of the non-paying students.
• Deposit service tax collection and TDS
• Submit total cash receipt, vouchers and cash in hand after tallying the same with records.
• Maintain stock of fixed assets of company.
• Purchase and maintain inventory of books, periodicals, etc.
