Job Description

Accounts Officer is expected to manage all financial activities in compliance to the requirements slated out by the Director / COO /CEO.
The following as the various duties that shall be assigned to the Administrative Officers:
1.Attend all in – house and external trainings and upgrade their knowledge base to improve productivity and accountability.
2.Keeping record of all financial transactions at all times.
3.Drafting letters and preparing progress reports as and when required.
4.Maintain records for income, expenditure, salary, advances, loans, liabilities etc.
5.Assist the laboratory management to comply with the budgetary provisions set from time to time.
6.Preparation of monthly management accounts including the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations & statements.
7.Management of the organization’s debtors and creditors accounts.
8.Ensuring payroll preparing
