Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining our accounts system;
• Preparing and presenting financial reports.
• Working with Manager to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis;
• Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant entities;
• Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD;
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
