Job Description

1. Prepare Cashbook and Receipts for all the fee management
2. Maintaining fee records
3. Do ledger scrutiny of accounts
4. Verify Vendor bills and managing all the operations bills management
5. handle payments and receivables
6. Prepare daily fund flow report
7. Documentation management
8. Prepare export invoice and other documentation
9. Prepare challan for tax filling
10. Should have knowledge of Quick book software
11. Also must have knowledge on Tax laws ( GST, VAT, Service Tax and Income Tax)
12. Should know how to write an e-mail
13. TDS Filing, TDS calculations, Salary Slips, etc.
Requirements -
English - written and verbal communication is a must
Should know tally/ busy software
