Job Description

• Experience of handling all accounting activities independently
• Expert working knowledge of MS Office, Excel etc.
• Maintain up-to-date billing system and cash flow planning
• Expert knowledge of Tally ERP- 9.
• To review and evaluate all financial activities, internal control processes and operations as per the approved audit plans.
• General ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliation daily basis.
• Expert Knowledge of TDS and return filing/service Tax/ Vat as per Govt Rules.
• To maintain Petty Cash Book on day to day basis.
• To update accounting software on daily basis for the revenue related /pending entries.
• To handle cash receipts & payments in time of all deposits/vendor.
• To handle DD/Cheques & deposit/payment on due date(s) as per laid policies of Society.
