Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for issuing sales invoices on day to day basis using MA software.

2. Responsible for banking documentation and clerical work.

3. Responding to purchase order query and providing quotation

4. Limited knowledge of MS word and MS excel required.

5. Assistance in managing accounts in Tally of the company. Includes majorly sales, purchase, stock, accounts receivables and payables and bank accounting.

Qualifications:

Intermediate or Bcom graduate with basic understanding of computer usage with minimum or no experience. Training shall be provided.
