Job Description

Accounts Manager:
ob Responsibilities: The incumbent shall be responsible for control and oversee site related payments, receipts, scheduling of R & P, documentation maintenance, Weekly MIS reports, daily update of cash and bank records, reporting to head office, with a cyclical fortnight estimates of R & P, supervison of stock records.
Requirements: Person should be a commerce Graduate /post graduate with 5 years experience, out of which at least 2 years shall be in housing construction. professional qualifications / training like ICWA / CA (Inter) etc., will be preferred. Updated of Tax Laws & e-filing etc., are mandatory. hands on work exp. Tally & MS Excel. housing loans is knowledge OK
Compensation Plan: Free Accommodation at the work site / local area shall be provided. PF, ESI etc., shall be provided after probation period of 6 months
