Actively manage schedule
Calendar management, and coordinating meetings
Prioritizing meetings
Arranging conference calls
Actively and personally manage guests in reception when notified by the Receptionist of their arrival
Make sure any food or equipment needs are handled appropriately
Administrative team support: Admin support to Partner
Stationery ordering
Maintaining documentation
Work with all other assistants and reception in a proactive manner
Accept responsibility for groups tasks as needed
Provide back-up assistance to team members
Compile and update various spreadsheets
Act as an information resource
Problem-solver to both internal and external contacts
Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
Handle inward & outward mailings
Handle expense approvals from various authorized personnel
