- Responsible for working with Department Heads on collating Monthly and Weekly reports.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls, provide responses to requests; prepare and screen correspondence, email, and voicemail.
- Type, create, and process letters, reports, and other materials (charts, graphs, presentations, etc.) using Microsoft Office.
- Organize meetings, teleconferences and web casts, coordinate meeting logistics, prepare presentations and materials, troubleshoot problems and special meeting requests.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for assigned personnel.
- Liaise directly with corporate senior management, division executives, and administrative support staff.
- Support of departmental goals to ensure completion of ongoing projects and special assignments.
