We wants to appoint an honorary lawyer/advocate(NO up front or on monthly regular basis) as legal panellist for our company JBS Healthcare. The lawyer of the advocate is expected to issue notice on our behalf, give advice in litigation matters and act as a legal advisor. There are also expected to act as arbitrators acting in company's interest to bring conflict resolution or alternate dispute resolution. Despite all the above-mentioned processes, if the case doesn't settle then the lawyer will be expected to represent us in the court of law and fight our case in the court of law. Candidate with experience in medical Legal litigation and arbitration will be preferred. Payment on case to case basis - sending a notice 200 rupees per notice, Legal advice 100 rupees per half an hour, 1000 Rs per case of arbitration,
Per appearance District Court 5000 Rs, High Court 10,000 Rs.
