Responsible for managing 3-4 stores.

Study Profit and loss report and take necessary actions
Coming up with new ideas to increase the foot fall and subsequently business of all the outlets under his/her cluster.
Inventory and pilferage control.
Conducting meeting of stores manager and guiding them to increase sales and profitability at stores level.
Merchandising and displays of stores
Conduct mid term review and performance appraisal of managers.
Conduct Training, Knowledge sharing with stores. Participate in employee engagement activities.
Ensuring the all the stores meet the legal compliance and maintain the safety for customers and staffs.
Review and analyze sales performances against plans and to determine effectiveness of running promotions.
Analyzing feedback and ensuring an action on that.
Giving inputs to marketing team regarding promotions for the outlets
