Roles & Responsibilities:
1] Develop assigned Real estate micro markets across Mumbai with the help of the sales team.
2] Recruit executives from known sources and establish a s strong regional team.
3] Ensure that the entire team is meeting the performance parameters with respect to client meetings and also gross sales value.
4] Closely monitor the performance of Relationship managers and executives.
5] Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of revenue and number of customers.
6] Job requires visiting and meeting prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.
7] Identifying the right real estate based on the specifications provided by the client.
