As a Area l Business Manager, among other things you are required to discharge the following functions:
a) Plan and achieve through Medical Representatives/ Field Sales Officers under your control, the targeted sales for every year.
b) Exercise overall control over the Medical Representatives/ field sales officers under your ensure that they discharge their duties satisfactory.
c) Keep the Head office duly informed about important developments in the field in terms of application and activities of the Medical Representatives/ Field Sales Officers Under your control.
d) Analyse the potentials and abilities of Medical Representatives/ Field Sales Officers and take effective measures in the required direction.
e) Study the potential of each headquarter and propose to the Head Office ways and means to increase sales returns through suitable changes.
