1. Responsible for Modern Trade, General Trade & Institutional Sales.
2. To handle a team of 7-8 SDM leaders, merchandisers and brand promoters.
3. Responsible for top line & bottom line and meeting primary and secondary sales objectives of the company.
4. Planning and executing weekend in-store activations, coordinating with ABMs for participating in out-of-store events.
5. Maximising percentage category share for modern trade & churn of orders for general trade.
6. Responsible for capability building of the team by regular training, mentoring & review/audits.
7. Responsible for new distributor appointment as well as monthly distributor wise closing, claim settlements & payment collection.
8. CTC upto 12 Lacs PA
