Area Sales Manager
Implementation of sale plan and sale strategy with a sharp focus on sales targets.
Achieving the Primary & Secondary Sales Target.
Administering Monthly/Quarterly/Annually primary & secondary sales target for the sales force and motivating team in achieving them in a given time frame.
Handle Distribution network, Channel Sales.
To manage sales related activities covering monitoring targets and ensures accurate delivery of products.
Management & Appointment of Distributors, Stockiest & expanding Retail Coverage.
Competitor information collection and passing it to Marketing Manager.
Understanding competition and giving feedbacks to Marketing Manager for designing marketing strategies.
Administration of various promotional campaigns to achieve stipulated targets.
