Directly responsible for managing a team of salesmen to achieve company's targets in terms of sales, number of shops visited, number of productive sales calls, merchandising.
Preparing and updating weekly and monthly sales journey and route plans for salesmen.
Training and development of salesmen including class room and on-the-job training.
Managing the performance of the sales team to achieve market leadership
