Assistant Branch Manager required for Gold Loan Branch

• Primary Responsibilities to monitor and oversee the development of business of Branch and will be responsible for getting target achieved for all the products in the allocated Region.
• Audit of the branches.
• Check whether juniors are appraising gold in right manner & technique.
• Implementation of Strategies and Develop New Markets for Business Excellence and Profitability.
• Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches.
• Develop annual business plans, strategies for Gold Loan business and review performance monthly. Work with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, Audit etc.) to ensure team gets the required support to develop business and achieve targets and Sustainable Growth.
• Lead and inspire branches to delivery as per business plan. Establish and sustain high performance culture amongst the branch teams.
