Job Description

Key Area Responsibilities are –
1. Understand the training programs being offered by DRISHTEE(Skill Development).
2. Develop and implement methodology for monitoring and measuring the quality of delivery of all DRISHTEE(Skill Development) training programs.
3. Provide feedback on steps to improve the quality and impact of the training programs.
4. Provide placement support to trained candidates.
5. Design and implement processes for tracking of candidate placement.
6. Develop and maintain partnerships for placement support with prospective employers.

The most important factors (criteria) that will be consider in candidate selection:
- Should open for travelling in rural parts of India
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in computer usage
