We search for candidates who take responsibility for parts of the Store-ship fulfilment such as tracking and standard communication towards the vendor and customer. That candidate should be able to work through big packages of order data, research information on websites and expand existing order data with his results such as tracking information, delivery status, order status. It would be desirable if the candidate is able to write excel marcos or research other mechanics to optimise his work to speed it up and be able to work over increasing amounts of data.
• At least bachelor in any stream or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in MS-Excel or similar office tools
• Web browsing, ability to research quick results from web
• Documentation skills
• Good communication skills, at least speaking in English is required
• Good analytical skills
