Job Description

*Human Resource Planning: Ascertaining short term /long term requirements based on the volume of work and sources of availability.
*Talent Acquisition: Role Mapping/ Job Description, Source Exploration, Screening, Interview, Salary negotiations, Joining Formalities & Legal compliance related to notification of vacancies to the Employment Exchange.
*Induction and Placements: A thorough induction to a new employee for better understanding of company policies, working, vision and goals.
*HR Policies: Design & provide inputs for various HR policies and to ensure the complete HR manual is put in place.
*Documentation: Maintenance of employee records/data and custodian of personal files, responsible for all activities from hiring, joining, induction, Offer Letter, absorption/confirmation, terminations, separations, etc.
*Performance Appraisal System:, *HRIS, *OD, *Employee Engagement
