Job Description

1. Assessment of training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
2. Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
3. Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the company website, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information and the employee Intranet

Skills Required:

1.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
2.3 Years of experience in human resources management in an IT services organization or related field.
3.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
4.Ability to give presentations.
5.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
6.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
