OPENINGS FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER INSURANCE PROCESS (DOMESTIC)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling the process requirements.
Taking timely updates from QAs & TLs about employee performance & quality scores.
Coordinating with the process trainer to convey the process requirements to new hires.
Controlling Attrition & Shrinkage.
Overseeing the interviews for the process.
Coordinating with the client to take process updates.
Ensuring individual KRA’s are being met on time.

SALARY:
Upto 5 Lakhs P.A

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year on paper experience as an AM.
Minimum HSC required.
Good fluency in English.
CANDIDATES FROM INSURANCE PROCESS BACKGROUND WOULD BE PREFERRED.

LOCATION:
Thane

SHIFT TIMING:
10AM to 7PM

WEEKOFF:
1 Rotational Weekoff.
