Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline
Work Exp. :- 5+ years

Job Description-
1. We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Operations who can handle and lead our process.

2. Candidate should have 2 years experience as Assistant Manager -Operations from a reputed BPO

3. Total experience in a BPO - 5+ years

4. Candidate should have experience in handling a team of 50 to100 employees

5. Should be a graduate from a reputable university

6. Can join immediately or at a short notice period of 15 to 20 days

7. The candidate should posses Excellent Communication & Man-management Skills

8. Telecom/Email process work experience will be preferable
