Assistant Manager Production

1. Candidate should have the ability to coordinate the activities of the factory with strategic utilization of the available resources to achieve the objectives of the organization.
2. He/ she should be able to handle all troubleshooting areas in garment production.
3. Candidate should be able to manage the entire production according to the schedule, starting from cutting section, assembly line production, fabrication embroidery, kaj - button, finishing, packing, also carrying out a smooth and continue work process.
4. One has to liaison and coordinate with merchants, purchase department and quality control department.
5. Candidate has to do pre-production procedures such as fabric inspection, shrinkage testing cut plans, layer checking, pattern checking, marker checking, consumption approval, shade approval, washing approval, check factor samples and approve for bulk production.
