Assistant Manager Quality

• Quality analysis of procured samples of raw materials Cereals, Pulses, Flours & Rawas, Sugars, Dry fruits ,Spices and Fruits & Vegetables as per company specifications.
• Ensuring on the quality of incoming material and ensuring suppliers or vendors to supply the material at approved specifications only.
• Conducting internal and external auditing of quality systems at vendor manufacturing facility and packing area
• Oversee the resolution of non-conforming areas and taking of corrective actions
• Oversee and control each step of private label production process to ensure food safety
• Manage and maintain the Company's quality inspection for various categories raw materials& finished products
• As per FSSAI all parameters analyse in NABL accreditation laboratories for every product
• Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality, Preparation of SOP’s.
