Assistant Manager Service

Should talk to all the service engineers on daily basis and get the updates from sites.
Should guide the staff where ever required on break-downs and technical
assistance.
-Equipment Commissioning:
1. Pre – Commissioning: Checking the pre-commissioning check reports and giving
approval for technical clearance.
2. Commissioning: Monitoring the commissioning activities and checking the
equipment parameters.
3. Handing over: If the equipment is properly commissioned, issuing handing over
certificate.
-Warrantee :Checking of all service reports of warrantee visits. Analysis of readings
and suggesting for corrections if any.
-AMCs Checking of all service reports of AMC / Service visits. Analysis of readings and
suggesting for corrections if any.
-Break-downs and Trouble Shooting:
Technical guidance in Planning and execution of major break-downs and trouble
shooting.
