Job Description

The Candidate must provide administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling & taking minutes of meetings.
Creating & maintaining databases & coordinating between the office & the clients/stakeholders in resolving day-to- day administrative and operational problems will be key responsibility area.

Additionally, the Candidate may have to respond to inquiries for the purpose of referrals and directions as required, manage and maintain executive's schedules.
