Associate Litigation Consumer Arbitration

As an Associate / Sr. Associate, you would be required to assist the Firm in providing litigation Services to its Clients .

Qualifications – Full time LL.B (5 yr/ 3 yr.) from an accredited university.

Work Ex. – Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience with a lawyer or Law Firm. Must have experience in –

1. Vetting and negotiating contracts;

2. Handling litigation.

3. coordination with local counsels, managing trackers;

4. Client interaction

Role & Responsibilities includes but not limited to –

Preparation of different drafts;
appearance before different forums;
First cut review of contracts – Buy and Sell, Master Service Agreements, Amendments, Addendums etc.;
Negotiating simpler arrangements with the vendors/ service providers;
Reviewing written statements, Appeals, evidence and other documents
Interacting with external counsels
