Associate Manager(Training- Fare Audit, Airlines)

• Manage and supervise a team of six to ten Training Specialists
*Observe and review training delivery and coach Trainers on the same
• Provide tech-related coaching in aspects of conformance to curriculum and content delivery methods
• Assess, analyze, and monitor participation and class performance as measured by KPIs
• Prepare regular, accurate, and meaningful internal and external reports related to training
• Plan and plot for resources
• Prepare analysis and action plans to improve training delivery
• Develop training for all aspects of client projects including soft skills and technical skills
• Participate in routine client interaction
