Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended & all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction & provide professional support.

Requirements:

1. Average communication skills required.

2. Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment (mostly in Day)

3. Under Graduate & Graduates both can apply.

4. Freshers are also eligible.
