Job Profile: -
Leading to Team of Managers, Design Engineers, Draftsman, etc. R&D of New product range.
Responsibility of arranging material estimates, proposal drawing with technical portion of the proposal with respect to enquiries forwarded by marketing department.
Responsibility of arranging checking & approval of post order documents like general arrangement of drawing, circuit diagrams, testing procedure, QAP, etc., & getting their approval from the customer and their engineering consultant.
Responsibilities of guiding departmental staff for cost reduction by way of modification in design/ using alternative material/ using alternative process, etc.
Responsibilities of guiding departmental staff for improve and upgrade design to give us an even better edge over competitor’s product
