Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Head the implementation team of L&D department for site
Support the head L&D in the Strategy, Design and development of various L&D initiatives.
Documentation of the Profiles as required in the various L&D activities
Monitor, supervise and review the L&D implementation at Site.
Interact with stakeholders for continuous improvement of L&D processes
Design, plan, organize training programs for employees
Develop alternative training methods, if expected improvements are not seen
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, PPT's, text, or handouts
Negotiate contracts with clients including desired outcomes, fees, or expenses for AC / DC and training programs
Knowledge enhancement for departmental resources
Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions
