Job Description

Meet and exceed SLA targets.
Be actively involved in client calls and ensure updates are communicated to the team.
Work closely with the team to ensure timely feedback is provided.
Create good engagement levels with team members.
Co-ordinate with different verticals.
Performance Tracking, evaluation and feedback to team members
Responsible to provide Issue Resolution and keep management updated timely
Ability to perform Multi Tasking with Prioritization
Should know the criticality of month end/Quarter end/Year end process deliverables
Ability to handle the customer queries/Escalations
Should be willing to work in Shifts
Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes and systems used
Develop the team through coaching and counseling
Monitor calls and provide feedback
Identify training needs and share with the training team
Adhere to complianc
