Job Description

1) Acquisition and strategic alliance with corporate partner in MFI, cooperative bank, B2B, NGO space.
2) Presentation and solution delivery.
3) Negotiate/Execute agreement with authorized representatives to display/sell Charter products.
4) Capable of handling queries and servicing of existing clients/partners.
5) Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
6) Promote products by the way of demonstrations and educating branch managers.
7) Anticipate sales.
8) Assist in customer issues and complaint resolution.
9) Provide reports to Supervisor including feedback on activities, sales data, success of various tactics, potential issues, forecasting, etc.
10) Regular updates to customer on weekly basis.
11) Develop relationships.
12) Satisfy technical needs during sales cycle.
13) Follow up with leads aggressively.
14) Solicit feedback
