Book appointment for patients
Respond to quires from patients
Reschedule in-case of failure in appointments
Maintain Call Register in Excel
Co-ordinate with doctor/Practise managers for resolving quires
Manage Patient Invoicing

Note: Training will be provided to selected candidates for 15 days.

Candidate Profile:

Customer care executive
Experience of 3+ Years
Willing to work from 3 AM shift { Australian timing}
No targets
Medical knowledge is preferred
Has good computer knowledge [ Excel, Office etc}
Graduation with Good English
Excellent articulation and telephone manner
Strong Multi tasking capabilities

Timings : 10 Hours shift
Pay Scale : 25K per month Plus Perks
Gender : Female preferred - Male also accepted
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
