Job Description-

1- Responsible for production of Bread, Pastry, Cakes, Desserts, Chocolate & other Bakery item.
2- Knowing the proper methods of Baking, Frizzing.
3- Maintain the highest recipe standards and regulate the ingredients.
4- Continually check the quality of raw and baked products
5- Selecting fresh and superior ingredients.
6- Order food and supplies when needed.
7- Involved in menu planning and development of new dishes.
