Job Description:-

- System Engineer/ Online IT Live Technical Support for International Process Outbound and Inbound. (100% Technical Voice Process)

- Technical Reviews and Change Control, System Configuration, Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot and Live Tech Support.

-Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume.

-Organize Webinar and other marketing initiatives and invite potential customers to prospect for new business.

-Gathering market and customer information.

-Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development.

- Five Days working and Two days off (Alternate Days Week Off)

- Timing 8 Pm - 6 am + One Time Meal.
