Job Description

1. Identification of new business & generate revenue from new customer acquisition through Sourcing Home Loan, Loan Against Property and Lease Rental Discounting Products.
2. Identify Key customers, Execute Plans To Promote Sale and Close the Deal. Both through Self-Sourcing and Assisted Sales Models.
3. Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken English.
4. Research and build relationship with new clients.
5. Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Participate in Loan pricing the solution/service.
7. Delivering Presentations to HNI, UHNI, Corporates and NRI Prospective clients.
8. Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports and strategies to meet company's Sales targets
9. Maintain strong relationships with existing Clients and new clients through cross.
