Job Description

Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest through email campaigns, cold-calling, and social networking.
Write effective sales pitches and proposals.
Set up meetings and make presentations to prospects.
Bidding on freelance portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Analyze competitor information & trends and identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate within the organization to ensure project success.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and deliver value.

Graduation (B.E.- CS preferred)
1 - 3 years of BD experience in IT sector
Self-motivated and flexible to work with little to no supervision
Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of the latest trends & technologies in the industry
Soft skills (probing, objection handling, negotiation)
Detail oriented & active listener
Willingness to travel.
